Multi-Location Sign Programs That Keep Every Site on Brand

Your second location should look like your first, and every location after that like both. We turn your brand into a sign standard, then survey, permit, build and install it site by site across Dallas Fort Worth, so each location reads as part of one business.

What is a multi-location sign program?

A multi-location sign program is a coordinated way to sign every location of one brand. It starts with a sign standard that defines logos, colors, lighting and approved sign types, then adapts that standard to each site through its own survey, permit and installation. The result is consistent signage without forcing one design onto buildings that differ.

What the service includes

Multi-Location Programs, handled end to end.

01

Sign standards

A reference document for your signs: approved logo lockups, colors, materials, lighting and sign types, with rules for scaling them to different facades.

02

A survey of every site

Each location is surveyed on its own for fascia size, sight lines, power, existing signs and landlord criteria. No two buildings are alike, even under the same brand.

03

Site-specific drawings

Drawings that apply the standard to each building, so what the landlord and city review is exactly what gets built for that address.

04

Permits city by city

Each location gets its own permit package, prepared for the sign code of the city where it stands and the landlord criteria of the property.

05

Consistent fabrication

Signs for every location built at our Carrollton facility to the same drawings, colors and finishes, so the fifth set matches the first.

06

Phased installation

Installation scheduled in phases that follow your openings, remodels or rebrand calendar, instead of one date that suits nobody.

07

Program-wide tracking

Every location's status, from survey through permit to installation, tracked together and reported to you as one program rather than a pile of separate jobs.

Why it matters

Recognition depends on consistency.

A customer who knows one of your locations should recognize the next one from the road. That only happens when the logo, colors and lighting match, and it breaks down quickly when each site hires its own sign vendor. Colors drift, proportions change and the brand starts to look like several different businesses.

Consistent does not mean identical. A strip center fascia, a freestanding pad site and a second-floor suite need different signs. A program keeps the brand fixed and lets the sign type, size and mounting change with the building, the landlord and the city.

How it works

Our multi-location programs process.

  1. 01

    Build the standard

We start from your brand guide and any existing locations, then define the sign family: primary storefront or building sign, ground sign options, interior signs and the rules that tie them together.

  2. 02

    Survey each site

Every location gets its own visit. We record measurements, power, sight lines, existing signs and landlord criteria, and flag where the standard needs to flex.

  3. 03

    Adapt and approve

Site drawings apply the standard to each building. Brand decisions are already settled at the program level, so site approvals focus on fit, size and placement.

  4. 04

    Permit by city

Packages are prepared for each city's sign code and submitted, with landlord approval obtained first wherever the property requires it.

  5. 05

    Build and install in phases

Signs are fabricated in Carrollton and installed in the order that suits your calendar, with status tracked location by location.

Straight answers

Multi-Location Programs: common questions.

Something else on your mind? Call (469) 901-3108 or send the details through the quote form.

How is a program different from ordering signs one location at a time?

Ordering one at a time means every site reopens the same decisions about colors, sizes, lighting and mounting. A program settles those once, writes them down and applies them site by site. Each location still gets its own survey and permit, but the brand choices are not remade each time, and the finished signs match.

Do all of our locations need the same sign?

No. They need the same brand. Landlord criteria, fascia sizes and city codes vary, so one location may get channel letters on a raceway and another a lit cabinet or a monument panel. The standard defines how the brand adapts, so every version still reads as yours.

What if our locations are in different DFW cities?

Then each location is permitted on its own terms. Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Fort Worth and the other cities in the Metroplex each write their own sign code, so the permit package changes from city to city while the brand standard stays fixed.

Do you work outside Dallas Fort Worth?

We serve Dallas Fort Worth, surveying, fabricating and installing from our Carrollton facility. If your program includes locations beyond the Metroplex, tell us where they are when you get in touch and we will be straightforward about what we can take on.

Can you work from our existing brand or franchise standards?

Yes. If your brand already has sign standards or a franchise design manual, we build to it and prepare site drawings that follow it. If it only covers the logo and colors, we help turn it into sign-ready standards covering sizes, lighting, materials and mounting.

Can locations be completed in phases?

Yes. Phasing usually follows openings, lease dates or a rebrand calendar. Each site moves through survey, approval, fabrication and installation on its own timeline, while the program keeps every location built to the same standard.

Can you update signs at existing locations after a rebrand?

Yes. A rebrand across several locations is a program in its own right. We survey what each site has, identify what can be re-faced and what needs replacing, and phase the work so locations change over in the order you choose.

What do you need to start a sign program?

Your brand guide or logo files, a list of locations with addresses, photos of any existing signs and the landlord sign criteria for leased sites. Tell us which locations come first and any opening or rebrand dates we should plan around.

Start with the space. End with a landmark.
