WE BUILDLANDMARKSFOR BRANDS.

Signs Express is a Dallas sign company serving businesses across Dallas Fort Worth with custom commercial signage, channel letters, storefront signs, monument signs, pole signs and illuminated exterior signs, from design and permitting through fabrication and installation.

Visibility is physical

Before people know your business, they see it.

A sign is not the finishing touch. It is the first handshake, the first direction and the first proof that a business belongs where it stands.

That is why we treat signage as part brand, part architecture and part engineering. One Signs Express team handles the survey, design, engineering, permits, fabrication, installation and the service that follows, so the sign you approve is the sign that goes up.

  • VisibilitySeen from the road, the lot and the sidewalk.
  • RecognitionYour exact logo, color and typeface, at scale.
  • WayfindingPeople find the entrance without thinking about it.
  • After darkLED light keeps you open for business at night.
  • CredibilityA well-built sign says the business is here to stay.

Built to perform after dark

A storefront can disappear at sunset. Or own the night.

Switch between day and night, then power the sign on and off. It is the simplest way to see what illuminated signage is really selling: visibility at the hours when a building is otherwise invisible.

Time of day

Night, sign on: the storefront becomes the brightest thing on the street.

One team, end to end

From idea to skyline.

A sign project touches architecture, structure, electrical, city code and a landlord or two. We keep every step with one accountable team, so you have one call to make.

Local knowledge, metro-wide reach

Built in Carrollton. Installed across DFW.

Our head office and manufacturing facility sits on I-35E in Carrollton, at the center of the cities we serve.

From there we install across the Metroplex. Each city writes its own sign code and every shopping center has its own criteria, so local experience is not a slogan. It is how projects stay on schedule.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask before they call.

Something else on your mind? Call (469) 901-3108 or send the details through the quote form.

What types of commercial signs does Signs Express make?

Channel letters (front-lit, halo-lit and combination), storefront and building signs, monument signs, pole and pylon signs, lit cabinet and lightbox signs, dimensional letters, interior and lobby signs, wall and window graphics, and vehicle wraps. Many projects combine several of these into one sign system.

Does Signs Express design and install channel letters?

Yes. We design the letters, prepare the landlord and permit drawings, fabricate them at our Carrollton manufacturing facility and install them on site.

Do you handle sign permits?

Yes. Permitting is part of every project. We research the sign code for your address, prepare the drawing package, secure landlord approval where the property has sign criteria and submit to the city. Requirements differ from city to city across DFW, so this step is never one size fits all.

Do you install signs throughout Dallas Fort Worth?

Yes. We work from our head office in Carrollton and install across the Metroplex, including Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Arlington and Fort Worth.

What information do you need for a sign quote?

The more we know, the more accurate the quote. The essentials are the sign type you have in mind, the city or address, a photo of the building or site, your logo files and any landlord sign criteria. Approximate dimensions help, but we can measure on site.

How long does a commercial sign project take?

It depends on the sign type, the city permit review and any landlord approval. After we review your site and the local requirements, we give you a realistic schedule with the quote rather than a generic promise.

Can you replace or update an existing sign?

Yes. We repair signs, replace faces and tenant panels, and update existing structures. We survey what is already there first, because a sound cabinet, pole or foundation can often be reused.

Do you build illuminated exterior signs?

Yes. We build LED-lit channel letters, cabinets, monument signs and pole signs. Signs Express is a licensed Texas Electrical Sign Contractor (license #18921), which covers the electrical work illuminated signs require.
