This policy explains what information Signs Express collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. If you have a question about it, email sales@signsexpressusa.com or call (469) 901-3108.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect the details you enter, which can include:

your name, company, email address and phone number, and how you prefer to be contacted
project details such as the sign type, city, property type, timeline, address and notes
any photos, drawings or PDFs you choose to upload

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use the IP address to protect our forms from abuse and spam. If we use website analytics, it records which pages are visited and which buttons are used, so we can improve the site.

How we use your information

to respond to your request and prepare a quote
to contact you about your project by the method you choose
to keep our website secure and prevent spam
to understand how the website is used and improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

How we store and protect it

Submissions and uploaded files are stored on a private server that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to people at Signs Express who need it to respond to you. We keep project inquiries for as long as they are useful for your project and our records, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (for example hosting and email), and only as far as they need it to provide that service, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@signsexpressusa.com. You can also set your browser to block cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
