Kinks & Co. Beauty Salon Dimensional Letters
Serif letters with a gold ampersand put Kinks & Co. on the brick ahead of opening day, while a Coming Soon banner still hung on the railing below. From an upper-level space on the US 75 frontage in Plano, the salon leases private suites and open-concept stations to beauty professionals.

Materials
The wordmark is built from individual white serif letters, with the ampersand picked out in gold, mounted straight to red brick. BEAUTY SALON sits underneath in widely spaced white capitals on a rounded charcoal panel.
Illumination
Daylight shows the white and gold holding their own against deep red brick, with the charcoal panel giving the smaller line a clean ground.
Installation
The letters run across the brick fascia over the canopy soffit and the second-floor glass storefront, beside an arched brick entry tower.
