Project showcase · Canopy letters + Wayfinding sign
Jabil Employee Entrance Canopy Letters
Spelled in wide navy capitals across the canopy fascia, EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE tells staff and visitors which door to use well before they reach the glass. At Jabil's Richardson facility, the electronics manufacturer sends visitors through the same door as its staff.

Materials
Navy letters in a broad, squared sans serif are spaced generously across a brushed silver canopy fascia, with the word space landing on the fascia's center seam. On the glass door below, a white JABIL VISITORS & EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE graphic repeats the message at eye level.
Illumination
In daylight the navy letters need nothing more than the pale metal behind them to read clearly.
Installation
The letters run along the face of the entry canopy over two sets of glass doors, beneath the building's second-floor ribbon windows.
