Hogan Park Multi-Tenant Monument Sign
One cabinet stacks seven tenant panels beneath a black Hogan Park header, so every business in the center gets its own line at the roadside. Hogan Park Realtors owns and brands this small center in the Town of Pantego, sharing it with tenants such as Arlington Strings and Rivard Brothers.

Materials
Under the reversed header, a full-width Hogan Park Realtors panel pairs a crossed-keys emblem marked EST. 1986 with black serif capitals and a red SALES-LEASING-PROPERTY MANAGEMENT line, followed by six white panels in two columns for Arlington Strings, Acydni Apparel, Rivard Brothers, Tiffany's Salon and two Hogan Park companies. The black frame rises from a brick-capped stone base fronted by a gold Town of Pantego plaque.
Illumination
By day the panels depend on plain black type over white faces, with red saved for the Realtors service line and the Arlington Strings mark.
Installation
Planted in a landscaped bed of flowering shrubs beside the road, with a bucket truck parked just beyond the sign.
