A navy panel with a blue tooth mark gives Addison Park Smiles a clear identity on a plain white office facade. The general and cosmetic dental practice sits on Trinity Mills Road in Dallas, close to the Addison and Carrollton line, and is run by a brother and sister team of dentists.

Materials
ADDISON PARK runs in raised white serif capitals, with SMILES smaller and widely spaced beneath, beside a blue outline tooth that wraps a script A. The long navy panel mounts to the white fascia band just below the building's dark glass.
